Step by Step #4 (Face #1)

Ok. lets start getting into the face.

The first thing i did was draw those VERY LIGHT lines across her head. I wen from the bottom to the top, straight up the middle. I had a slight curve because her face is ever so slightly turned to her right. I then crossed that line with a horizontal one that also has a curve. I started on the right, where her jaw line would end; crossing over to the left, jut under the eye. This creates quadrants for her face. One eye per upper quadrant. The nose will be right around where the two lines meet and the nose will be below that. But thats next.

So for the eyes. I drew this outline of her eye including the lines where the colored part would be inside that. I filled in her eyebrows after that. making them black with my pencil. Looks a little creepy now but next we will add the first part of the shading to her eyes.

Sorry about those smudges around her collar bone. i didn't notice them until i had already scanned this. (but I've erased them for future uploads.)
